Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
✔️ The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging.
✔️ You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
✔️ Returns must be requested and approved before sending the item back.

Return Policy for Products
🔹 Single faulty pieces will not be accepted. We can only accept full boxes of faulty items, but this must be communicated with our customer support team in advance.
🔹 You must provide the package slip (A4 size sheet) when reporting faulty or missing items. This document is necessary for processing your claim.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away at info@vapernestwholesale.co.uk so we can resolve the issue.
