• A minimum order value of £200 is required for all purchases.

We use DPD as our trusted shipping partner to ensure fast and secure deliveries.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Orders under £200: £7.99 delivery charge

• Orders over £200 (Excl. VAT): FREE delivery

• BT Postcode (Northern Ireland): £14.99 delivery charge (No free delivery available)

Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

• Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12 PM (noon) on working days.

• Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday may not be shipped until the next working day.

• Deliveries are made every day, but please note that Friday orders may take 1-2 business days to arrive.

• No shipping on Saturdays and Sundays.

Tracking & Delivery Features

• Fully tracked service with a 1-hour delivery window.

• Collection point and safe place delivery options available.

Missing Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

• Please contact us within 10 days from the dispatch date.

• Unfortunately, we cannot investigate or replace missing deliveries reported after 10 working days.
